Important Update Regarding Public Notice – 15/01/2025
– We would like to inform the community that the public notice, originally scheduled to appear in both the Dunmow Broadcast and Bishop’s Stortford Independent, has been rescheduled. The revised notice, which includes an extended response deadline to 7th February, will now be published in the Dunmow Broadcast on 22nd January for two consecutive weeks. Further investigation is currently taking place to review whether an additional notice will be needed in the Bishop’s Stortford Independent.
– This update is in response to ongoing budget constraints and discussions regarding the proper process for handling payments and ensuring that all council procedures and financial regulations are followed correctly. It is important to clarify these matters and ensure transparency in decision-making.
– We encourage everyone to review the updated notice when it is published and provide feedback if they wish in writing to the Parish Clerk at parishclerk@hatfieldbroadoakpc.gov.uk.
Important Update Regarding Public Notice – 08/01/2025
– We have just been informed (10:47am) that due to a technical error at the Bishop Stortford’s Independent the notice that was due to appear in this weeks (8th JAN) publication was not sent through to the press by their public notice team.
– Confirmation has been received that the notice will now appear in the Bishop Stortford Independent on ** WEDNESDAY 15TH JANUARY and 22ND JANUARY 2025 **
