Deadline Extension for Neighbourhood Plan Questionnaire 

We have some important updates regarding the Neighbourhood Plan questionnaire that we’d like to bring to your attention.

1. Deadline Extension: Due to popular demand and to ensure that everyone has ample time to participate, we have decided to extend the deadline for submitting your responses to the Neighbourhood Plan questionnaire. The new deadline is now two weeks later than initially planned.

2. Collection Dates: If you’re unable to drop off your completed questionnaire at the designated post box outside the school gate, fear not! Collection dates have been arranged for April 7th. Simply mark your calendars and ensure your questionnaire is ready for collection.

3. Notification of Early Submissions: To streamline our collection process and ensure no responses are missed, we kindly request those who have already dropped off their questionnaires to if possible, call the volunteer who dropped off the questionnaire and inform them that it has been dropped off. Your cooperation in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

4. Further Questions: We understand that you may have questions or require further clarification on certain aspects of the Neighbourhood Plan questionnaire. To address these, we invite you to join us for the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Committee meeting scheduled for Monday, March 25th, at 7:00 pm. The meeting will take place in the School Hall, providing an opportunity for you to ask questions.
